I have joined Aker Solutions in 2006 through the International Talent Programme.
Two years in the programme were a fantastic experience. There are immense opportunities for development and learning during this programme. Through support, encouragement and assistance you are challenged to go beyond your comfort zone. You have a unique chance to go globally and work in a diverse company within the professional environment.
After I graduated from the programme in 2008 I started as a Programme Manager on a permanent basis. My responsibilities include managing and administration of the programme from “A to Z”. And I am really looking forward to a new team joining us in 2011!

3. HR, Aker Solutions Australia, Melbourne, Australia
Regarding my education, I got my MPhil in management studies degree from UK, Cambridge University and master grade in economics with the specialization in international marketing form Russia, St. Petersburg.
Prior to joining the Programme I was working on various marketing related positions in France and Russia.
