The objective of Aker Solutions International Talent Programme is to supply and develop talents that will help expand
our capabilities to win and execute new business in growth markets.
Our international talent programme is an intensive two-year on-the-job learning experience. The programme is
tailored to fit your background, capabilities and personal preferences. It consists of three international assignments
covering different businesses and regions in Aker Solutions’ global organisation.
The programme focus is to expose young professionals to various assignments to broaden their experiences and provide
guidance through their first professional steps in Aker Solutions.
Upon successful completion of the programme, young talents are encouraged to further develop their skills for a fulfilling
and long-term career in Aker Solutions.
Three assignments make up the heart of the programme. Each 8-month assignment is a real and challenging job that allows learning while you are making a contribution to the business.
International assignments provide insight and hands-on experience into key business drivers, project execution and operations and commercial thinking across the different global businesses in Aker Solutions.
