I am based in the Asia-Pacific Regional Office in Singapore and supporting the recruiting efforts for the International Recruiting & Development Program (IRDP.) In addition, I am responsible for developing additional relationships with universities in the region as JnJ expand our university recruiting efforts.

I have been recruiting in the Asia-Pacific region since 2004 in a variety of areas that include – bulk recruitment, executive search, market mapping, and talent identification in emerging markets. Previously I also worked with Unilever Asia as Regional HR Business Partner to the Executive Supply Chain organization for Asia-Africa-Middle East-and-Turkey. In this role, I was involved in supporting the Supply Chain Regional HR Director and Leadership Team in setting up the new regional organization, sourcing internally and externally for key regional positions, and facilitating their talent management and succession planning programs. I led the first graduate recruitment and internship program for Unilever in Singapore.

I am a graduate of National University of Singapore, majoring in Marketing. Having lived and worked in Singapore, London, and Jakarta, I started my career in sales and marketing roles in advertising, financial services and the public sector.
