Clifton Chang started his career with Johnson & Johnson in 1996 and is currently with the J&J Global Recruiting organization as the Regional University Recruiting Manager for Asia-Pacific. He is responsible for recruiting MBA/Masters students for various opportunities throughout Asia-Pacific.
He has worked across several different J&J businesses and internationally. He started at J&J Corporate in New Brunswick, NJ and during his time there he worked in Management Education & Development and in Corporate Labor Relations. He went on to take an international assignment with J&J in China and spent two years from 1997-1999 living and working in Shanghai. During this time he was responsible for delivering a number of management development and J&J Credo education programs to the employees in China. He returned to his home state of California in 1999 and joined the Consumer sector with Neutrogena in Los Angeles. During his eight years at Neutrogena he worked in various positions that included - talent development, recruiting, and as a HR partner supporting Operations, Manufacturing, and Quality Assurance.
Clifton has an undergraduate degree in Industrial & Labor Relations from Cornell University and an MBA from the University of Southern California.
