Cathriona Hallahan MD of EOC, Microsoft
Cathriona Hallahan Joined Microsoft in February 1986 in Finance. Over the course of 10 years she held various roles from cost accountant, accounts supervisor, and finance manager. During this time Cathriona contributed to some revolutionary changes in Microsoft which involved setting up the commission agent structure, centralising all warehouse, operations functions to support our Full Packaged Products, Licensing and Programs businesses.
Beginning in 1996 Cathriona joined operations to lead the organization responsible for managing operations for marketing programs like MSDN, TechNet, MSPP, MCP/MCT, Courseware, and End User Fulfilment. Cathriona also lead a key strategic Sales Marketing & Services Group project known as Project Spirit which was driving the strategy to centralise the pre-sales call centres that support the subsidiaries and then transition responsibility for running the operation to CSS.
Cathrionas first global role in August 2003 had responsibility across Microsoft Operations organization to develop the Customer Partner Experience (CPE) strategy.
In February 2005 Cathriona became responsible for the EMEA MBS business. In February 2006, she took global responsibility for MBS and was responsible for the operational execution of the MBS processes including agreement processing, order management, query management and operational program management.
In January of last year Cathriona became Managing Director of EOC and also kept responsibility for MBS Operations WW.
Helen Doriaki CargillPanamax Pacific Trading
I am Helene Ziv-Douki, my current job is Panamax Pacific Trading Manager for Cargill Ocean Transportation BU. From June 2006 till June 2008 I was the Igma Parcel Service Manager. I joined Cargill in nov 2003 as Junior Freight Trader at the Igma Parcel Service Desk. Prior to joining Cargill I worked for 4 years at Louis Dreyfus in Paris and Geneva as a Grain trader. I have a master degree in economics and speak fluently English, French, Portuguese, and Spanish.
I live and work in Geneva. I am 33 years old, married and the happy mother of Adam 19 months old. I am passionate by my job. In the meantime I make sure I have a good work-life balance and spend good time with my family.
