Role purpose
To project management a regional project aimed at reviewing the organisation, operations and business models of the AME/EEU business and integration of functions with EAME HQ and then subsequently ensuring implementation of the appropriate support structures in region HQ to support the Central and East Europe and AME areas. Expected duration of the project is 2 years.
Accountabilities
To project manage the project through analysis, design and implementation phase
To assist project sponsor in ensuring the implementation of the appropriate support structures in region HQ to support the new Central and East Europe and AME areas
To review with the Area Head and business managers the go to market model within AME/EEU and determine the correct resourcing models.
To develop a strategy, way forward and methodology for undertaking the project analysis phase and also the implementation phase. To support the Area Heads and Business Managers in creating there business strategy based on the revised got to market approaches.
To operate across the EAME region working closely with Regional Finance Controller and manage of key stakeholders and supporting.
To determine the necessary resources required for the project to be successful and to build a communications and change management plan which is required to be managed as well as support the regional project steering committee.
To be aware of the legal and fiscal constraints across the various countries within AME/EEU in order to ensure successful implementation.
To ensure through the project and its outcomes Syngenta`s reputation is maintained |
