To provide business planning, coordination and project management support for GPH thereby enabling them to focus on strategic business issues.

Key responsibilities:
- Assist the Manager in developing and updating the business strategy, in line with the broader CB Strategic agenda
- Assist the Manager in aligning the strategy and objectives with Support Functions and VCGMs in the countries
- Assist in the implementation of Business Planning projects - short & medium term business & product plans, budgets and aspirations
- Track performance, development and implementation of business critical issues
- Monitor and track people priorities such as individual objectives & performance management and productivity assessment of the Business unit
- Represent the Business in areas like Compliance, Operational Risk, Cost Management, other Project Steering Committees
- Improve communication between Manager and direct reports / peers / other businesses
- Ensure effective communication of key messages across direct / indirect team members
- Organise key business meetings & conferences and monitor follow-up actions
- Undertake any specific business projects for the Manager
- Help run management process around key priorities.
