EDGE - Where the art of management and leadership meet the science of business.
The Edge Program is a semester-long course experience for all full-time MBA students that will focus on key topics such as positive influence, emotional intelligence, ethical leadership, social responsibility, leading change in organizations, and the infusion of creativity and innovation into strategic thinking. The course will maximize the application of knowledge and will be co-taught by outside leadership consultants, UF MBA faculty, and executives in-residence. You will develop practical and implementable workplace skills that will strengthen your post-MBA hiring prospects.
