Summary  
The Program aims to accelerate professional development through rotations, projects, or assignments in various functions of the consumer banking business, thereby helping Management Associates to develop a strong understanding of Citi's businesses, markets, products, services and culture.
The Management Associate program lasts 24 months and includes four rotations in different areas, such as:

Credit Risk, Finance
Sales & Distribution, Marketing
Operations, Technology

The program offers a combination of on-the-job training, mentoring from a senior manager, and exposure to top leadership within the organization.

Recruitment for the 2008 Management Associate program is now closed.

We will begin to receive applications for the 2009 Management Associate program from November 2008.
