With the program she embarked on international assignments and created impact in environments ranging from operational closeness to the factories, to the highest corporate suites with quarterly reports and commentaries for the managing board. \\\\r\\\\n\\\\r\\\\nThe road after FEP lead her to roles as head of Performance Controlling and Executive Office of Siemens top management. \\\\r\\\\n\\\\r\\\\nCurrently Marta is responsible for driving finance and controlling initiatives at the digital transformation arm of Siemens, Advanta.
