Position is responsible for delivering territory sales volume targets in the assigned territory.
• Responsible for 100% compliance of Safety, Sales processes and systems in the assigned territory. 5%
• Responsible for achievement of Primary and Secondary Sales Target assigned to respective SR / DSM on Monthly, Quarterly and yearly basis.
• Appointing and nurturing distributor business partner for longterm business relations.
• Developing outlet reach and strengthen coverage in territory.
• Maintaining sales and distribution records and develop assigned territory business for long term.
• To plan and execute activities to support business objectives for assigned territory in accordance with business objectives. 65%
• Responsible to execute distribution expansion plans & achievement of Productivity Parameters as per Annual Operation Plan of the WD . 15%
• Responsible for Distributor AR , Stock & Claim Management as per plan in the stipulated time. 5%
• Responsible Building relationship and ensure service to outlets / trade partners. 5%
• Report competition activities like new products, schemes & offers, network changes, prices from time to time in his/her territory. 5%
• 1-2 years of experience
• Graduate / MBA / PGDM
• Sales acumen
• Good verbal communication
