Meta is seeking a Program Manager with expertise in building and scaling programs to support best-in-class go-to-market excellence across the global advertising partnerships ecosystem. The Global Ads Partnerships team is responsible for identifying opportunities to drive client solutions through partners and accelerate Meta’s advertising revenue. We are looking for a Program Manager to focus on test and scaled initiatives that grow our advertising partners ecosystem, in terms of revenue, partners, and advertisers leveraging these partners. This Program Manager will analyze the partner ecosystem, segment the market based on partner capabilities, size the opportunities and work with cross functional teams to bring solutions to partners. This individual thrives at the intersection of data, strategy, programs, product, and go-to-market and will bring solutions to partners at scale. The successful candidate will have strong cross-functional partnership skills with demonstrable experience in program and resource development. They must have experience effectively collaborating across a diverse organization of partners, marketing, finance, operations, engineering, product and business entities to drive results.Program Manager - Global Adv Partnerships Responsibilities
  • Partner with leads across Global Advertising Partnerships, the broader Meta Business Group and Business Ecosystem Partnerships to ensure alignment and collaborative thought partnership in development of partner programs
  • Partner with Adv Partner Management and Business Development teams to integrate program initiatives into partner offerings
  • Directly lead cross-functional initiatives, work with broad cross-functional internal teams to ensure tracking of dependent stakeholder readiness plans including: reporting key milestones status, risks and contingency planning and issue escalation as necessary
  • Anticipate bottlenecks, balance business objectives and needs versus technical and operational constraints and adjudicate between internal stakeholder groups to resolve blocking issues
  • Build organizational maturity by setting best practices, knowledge sharing and continuous learning across the Business Ecosystem Partnerships organization
  • Manage information cadences and processes, including status updates to executive leaders, escalations and mitigations and overall documentation management
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to inspire and educate on available advertising partner programs, opportunities and materials. Partner with Legal, Policy, Communications, Business Development and other teams to identify gaps in our processes, up-leveling how we operate across Meta. Work closely with Data Science and Analytics teams to determine return on investment and measure efficacy of programs, developing insights driven processes
Minimum Qualifications
  • 7+ years of experience in strategy consulting, program management, product marketing, product management, partnerships, business development, business strategy, or equivalent experience in a technology company
  • Experience managing multiple deadlines to balance short-term needs with long-term strategic initiatives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
  • Experience delivering communications to senior leadership and cross functional partners, executing through shifting priorities and strong influencing skills
  • Experience building and scaling businesses, products, or programs/initiatives
  • BA/BS degree
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working on a global scale with internal and external partners
  • Experience working closely on data and insights to report out the impact of a program or initiative
  • Experience in related product-oriented business development space with major technology companies, innovative start-ups, or partner development
  • MBA
