Our group offers a wide range of products, including M&A advisory, debt and equity financing, structured finance, risk management/hedging and co-investing. Additionally, associates coordinate teams of tax advisors, attorneys, and bankers for various transactions; lead due diligence processes and actively participate in the negotiations of legal documentation.
