Minimum requirements

College degree, MBA preferred
+ 3 years proven high demand logistics
Familiar with CRM systems and practices
Customer orientation
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
Spanish & English

The supply chain manager is the responsible for logistics and planning department, who ensures that client orders are taken in, processed and carried out with precision to make sure the client receives their products on time as well as establish production plan of each site.

Key Responsibilities:
• Processing and planning orders, forms, applications, and requests.
• Ensure that batches fulfil plants requirements following Techops instructions.
• Organise transportation flow with our suppliers.
• Ensure that plants receive all delivery notes on time.
• Prioritize deliveries according with our Tiers structure. (Metrics TBD with Commercial Director)
• Create Backup procedures in case of failures.
• Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support. Open and maintain customer accounts by recording account information.
• Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies.
• Report Marketing Intelligence information through Commercial Director.
