As a Manager, you'll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. PwC Professional skills and responsibilities for this management level include but are not limited to:

Ability review and sign UK Individual tax returns (for both Expats and Foreign Nationals) and identifying optimum filing positions and advanced tax technical positions
Capability to guide and sharing knowledge/information with peers and managing team leads
Willingness to support team functions and help juniors in learning basic and new tax technical topics
Capable to do technical research on various tax topics and working towards finding a solution
Demonstrate knowledge and/or direct managerial experience designing and maintaining process models
Considerable experience as a team leader: supervising teams to create an atmosphere of trust; seeking diverse views to encourage improvement and innovation; and coaching staff including providing timely meaningful written and verbal feedback.
Identifying and addressing client needs (UK engagement teams): building, maintaining, and utilizing networks of client relationships; communicating value propositions; managing resource requirements, workflow

Having more than 7 years of relevant experience in UK BCS Tax.
Graduate and above in Commerce/MBA from a premier institute
Having exposure in similar experience in a recognized firm.
Possess sound technical knowledge along with analytical thinking ability
Proven thorough ability to communicate appropriately at all levels of the organization; this includes written and verbal communications as well as visualizations
Demonstrated ability to lead teams and be a team player

that has a proven record of working effectively at senior levels of an organization with the ability to influence others to move toward consensus
Demonstrated thorough substantive situational analyses

and decision-making abilities as it relates to problem solving

tax-related processes and systems
Demonstrated understanding of the business and the

associated peak periods
Demonstrated knowledge of data analysis and related

reporting
Demonstrated ability to coach, train and mentor staff
Demonstrated ability to work with leadership in the
