In this role, you have the opportunity to:
To formulate and execute the commercial supply chain processes and to create, lead and coordinate initiatives and activities to achieve optimum integrated supply chain management. The role will have Global responsibility over both the US and Canada supply chain operations, procurement and S&OP.
You are responsible for (but not limited to):
Effective Sales & Operations Planning management
Managing a team of supply chain professionals and external supply base.
Supplier selection processes and effective supplier performance management
Coordination of logistics and reverse logistics requirements
Contract negotiations with suppliers
Delivering and managing supply chain KPI's such as OTTR
Pro-actively embeds quality in products and processes while complying with relevant business and regulatory requirements to deliver on our customer promise.
Actively drives integration across the E2E value chain by identifying key drivers of value and influencing others to work cross functionally to increase operational excellence and customer value.
Ensures that output of our 3PL activities meets current and future demands, regulatory and service requirements and is delivered with competitive costs and speed to our customers
Establishes a responsive, agile supply chain, by translating supply chain strategy into processes and policies.
Drives an optimal balance of supply and demand through integrated planning and effective materials management to maximize performance and profitability.
Initiates changes to supply chain management concepts in accordance with the customer requirements leading to continuous improvements across the E2E supply chain.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience:
Bachelor/Master of Science degree in a technical or business field. MBA preferred.
Minimum of 10+ years of direct Supply Chain/Procurement/S&OP related experience with proven track record in this area
Proven track record of outstanding customer and markets relationship management skills
Demonstrated capability to lead global teams
Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to work with various levels of the organization
Proven track record of working effectively with Business leaders and Market leaders
Proven strategic and operational thinking skills
Strong knowledge and familiarity with industry practices in the areas of Planning and Supply Chain, Procurement and S&OP.
Demonstrated ability to drive continuous improvement and Lean methodologies
Strong project management experience
Familiar with Supplier contract negotiation and processes
Experience building out a Procurement organization
Familiarity with Procurement IT systems
