This is an outstanding career opportunity to lead our Financial Planning Department in Brazil. The proposal is to act as a partner for the areas. You will report directly to the Finance Director, leading a team of professionals who provide financial performance management and recommendations to help the organization achieving business goals. You will also play an active role in improving decision making process, risk assessment and organization’s governance.

Other important job accountabilities are:
To build and maintain effective relationships with all business stakeholders
To fully understand business drivers;
To provide support to the organization in all planning instances;
To ensure P&L sustainability. Identify areas for continuous productivity improvement
To ensure financial compliance;
Implement financial planning recommendations by developing key performance indicators and trend analysis with recommendations to assist in improving cost efficiencies for the business and functions;
Monitor and discuss monthly analysis of P&L and provide financial and analytical support to all levels of management;
Evaluate performance against Business objectives and strategy and provide analysis and deliver insights that links financial reports to business strategies;
To establish customer profitability targets by customer and monitor performance against goals. Identify improvement opportunities with other stakeholders, establish action plans and follow-up on progress and results;
To monitor key performance indicators;
To contribute to innovation in Finance and within the Company;
Analysis and presentation of management information to senior leaders;
To help identifying and support development needs of his/her direct reports;
To manage BI tools to better assess performance and provide useful insights to stakeholders.


You should have ample experience in similar positions, including the leadership over teams and / or projects - in a diverse environment. Our search is primarily oriented to finding a candidate holding an Accounting, Economy or Finance degree. Experience in the Diagnostics business, Health business and an MBA study will be specially valued. Outstanding business partnering and leadership capabilities, drive, flexibility to adapt in volatile surroundings, teamwork spirit, strong analytical skills and proactivity are essential. Candidates should have strong communication skills in both Spanish and English.
