The primary objective of this position is to support North America HQís (NAHQ) Customer Service process and system improvement activities including business process enhancement, information technology management, policy and procedure management

In order to achieve higher business performance and synergy among NAHQ subsidiaries, this position is expected to maintain the effective communication with North America subsidiaries, Korea HQ and SDS America regarding Business Innovation activities.

[IT planning] Establish a short and long term IT strategy (ISP, Information Strategy Planning), discover new IT, and conduct survey on trends, manage IT TCO (total cost), and establish a software and hardware standard governance for CS(Customer Satisfaction) operation
[IT investment and cost management] Review whether to invest in IT such as system deployment and whether the investment is appropriate to efficiently manage costs and manage annual IT costs.
[Software engineering] Promote planning, development, validation, maintenance processes for IT system development. (Including requirements analysis, improving infrastructure based on the understanding of development framework, etc.)
[IT system analysis and design] Promote activities to innovate IT systems by analyzing the IT system, monitoring, tuning, and discovering areas to be improved based on the domain knowledge.
[IT Infrastructure analysis and design] Promote activities to implement an optimal hardware (server/network), taking various factors into consideration such as performance, scalability, cost, electricity consumption which are important for IT system operation.
[IT security] Promote activities to implement a security system by analyzing IT security-related technological trends such as virus, vaccine, security control, and firewall.
[Project management (PMO)] Manage a project such as validating key IT projects' architectures and checking development milestones.

Skills and Qualifications

∑ 6-12 years of experience in IT project management

∑ Bachelorís Degree in Information System, Computer Engineering, Industrial Engineering or other related engineering fields, MBA a plus but not required

∑ Experience in IT system implementation; business requirement analysis and system design, including gathering requirements, documenting workflows and developing specifications

∑ Experience in IT strategy and governance; ISP, system optimization, IT standards, IT cost and IT asset management

∑ Knowledge of Project management; PMP a plus

∑ Knowledge of tools and techniques for ROI and benefit analysis

∑ Knowledge of IT solutions (ERP, CRM, Saas, Mobile application)

∑ Knowledge of IT infrastructure (Security, Network/server); CISA a plus

∑ Excellent verbal and written communication skills

∑ Client service driven with excellent relationship management skills

∑ Ability to effectively engage with and present to all levels of management

∑ Ability to facilitate collaboration with diverse groups

∑ Team oriented, but able to work independently and manage multiple tasks

∑ Self-directed and results-oriented

∑ Skilled in use of Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint and Word

Proficiency in Korean is recommended for communication with Korean headquarters
