Did you know that:
• 84% of people are more likely to remember something if it happens to be fun?
• 76% increased retention rate of training when played as a game?
• Happy clients are more likely to stay and recommend the company to others?
We do, and in addition, we know that even complex topics can be interesting if properly
presented. So, we created Serapy, and the compliance games CompCQ© (CompCQ.io). We
are a young and innovative start-up, developing exciting educational games in the field of
corporate trainings, in particular compliance. Our aim is to make those trainings fun,
pleasant and at the same time, such that people remember what they've learned. We are
working with the academic support of professors in the field of educational sciences as well
as reputed lawyers to ensure the games are up to the latest standards.
If you can transform a given situation into an interesting interaction, based on questions
and answers between the protagonists; if you are creative; if you want to work in a dynamic,
creative and intellectually challenging environment; and last but not least, if you are
interested in and want to contribute to how companies can improve their internal
(compliance) trainings and thus provide better learning environment for their employees,
Then you should apply!
Your main areas of responsibility will be to:
• Jointly with the team in charge of theoretical developments of compliance contents,
identify how to test the knowledge or behavior related to the particular piece of
theory;
• Creatively identify and describe simple situations where the pieces of the theory can be played and tested; document them in the script templates;
• Design and develop scenarios – combine several of the simple situations in an interesting scenario, identify the set-up and the development of the scenes, identify the protagonists and allocate the images;
• Document the scenario in the scenario template;
• Create and test the scenario using the proprietary scenario builder application.
