Reporting to the marketing director, the Product Manager creates and implements specific marketing programs and market launch plans, etc. and completes a range of general marketing operations (i.e. analyses, campaigns) for an assigned organizational unit or a related product portfolio.Key role in supporting Global Marketing/PPM with the collection, prioritization and

scoping of future product portfolio in close alignment with APAC Sales.

• Close alignment with sales and customers on product introduction – e.g. through product

training/ -presentations.

• Facilitate alignment between product development process and APAC Sales.

• Acts as trusted advisor for SGRE Onshore APAC top management, in all strategic

aspects, to identify and follow up on future business opportunities.

• Explore and stay updated on wind power industry trends, bringing insights and ideas to

help drive and shape future Sales strategy and business planning.

• Ensure continuous analysis and design of strategic positioning of the business overall,

and advices on long term development of the market, product portfolio and organization.

• Steer and coordinate preparation and implementation of strategic planning, investment

strategies, regional and country specific market research.

• Initiate strategic external growth initiatives and steers or coordinates respective

alliances/ partnerships in defined businesses, markets or regions.

• Manage the organization, coordination and implementation of assigned business


• Perform strategic analysis and planning on a broad range of topics (i.e. market analysis,

competitor assessment, growth opportunity identification, sales channels, target

customers, etc.).

• Provide information support for new strategy development on assigned projects from

Corporate functions.

Key Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering / Business / Technology.

• MA/MS/MBA in above fields will be an advantage.

• Good knowledge of the Wind Power market, its structure, stakeholders and trends

• You have a proven capability of collaborating and influencing others to build lasting
