The DigitalBCG Offer Manager acts as individual contributor and project manager in a small and agile team to drive the evolution of BCG Digital offer and support the success of the Key Digital Programs.

Supporting the evolution of DigitalBCG OfferUnderstanding Practice Areas and Adjacent Business Lines (DV, Gamma, Platinion, Omnia) digital offering and bringing an educated view on latest content and approaches to BCG clients
Helping screen large digital cases and helping detect the next Key Digital Programs
Screening digital offerings of our competitors and key themes for companies
Supporting evaluation of existing programs
Contribute to developing overarching BCG content on digital (Why BCG on Digital, how to successfully drive a holistic digital transformation, digital transformation archetypes etc.)
Coordinating KDP Owners, managers and teams around best practices and leading special initiatives to support their successTogether with the DigitalBCG Offer Director and Lead Partner, supporting the KDP teams in sharing and adopting best-in-class Product Management practices. In particular, working closely with KDP Managers to support them in adopting these best practices (e.g product strategy and planning, product marketing, backlog management, clients advocacy, working with sectors etc.)
Driving or contributing to initiatives to support success of the KDP’s (e.g collecting digital client references, building BCG playbook with use cases, marketing and branding initiatives, internal knowledge and communication and training initiatives)
Supporting DigitalBCG Operations and KDP Performance trackingContributing to key processes around KDP’s: strategic planning, budget requests and tracking, capacity planning and recruiting plans
Helping track KDP’s performance (financial metrics, scorecards)
Supporting navigation of BCG teams across KDPs and digital teams
Supporting communication and engagement of BCG community around the Digital OfferingContribute to writing DigitalBCG Offer internal communications
Contributing/ coordinating KDP’s content and activity update to PAL meetings, WWOMs, FACs and other relevant meetings
YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS)
8-10+ years relevant experience or 5+ years consulting experience
Bachelor's Degree required; Advanced Degree (MBA, PhD) preferred
High motivation and knowledge around digital topics is a must; experience to support a digital topic is a plus
Excellent command of the English language
Good organizational skills, rigorous, manage multiple parallel tasks
Structured approach to problem solving individually and in a team environment
Service oriented, collaborative team player, self-starter and proactive
YOU'LL WORK WITH
You will join the DigitalBCG Offer team and work with the DigitalBCG Offer Director and Lead Partner to support the evolution, the operationalization and the commercialization of BCG Digital Offer.
DigitalBCG is fundamental to the success of the firm and the Digital BCG Offer team works closely will the digital leadership team, the Practice Areas and their digital teams, the Digital Advantage Systems to advance BCG digital offering, and the management of its Key Digital Programs, from design to commercialization and delivery.
