Key Intern responsibilities:

Based on your motivation, your experience, and companyÂ’s operational priorities, you will be responsible for a combination of the activities below:

(1) Operational tasks:

• Advisory:
§ Prepare marketing materials such as investor presentations, portfolio companies case studies, Due Diligence Questionnaires and Private Placement Memorandums
§ Prepare performance benchmarks and cash on cash analysis
§ Support execution of secondary transaction including analysis, portfolio valuation and
assisting with an auction process
§ Conduct market research, map and monitor fund managers, as well as institutional
investors

• Distribution:
§ Organise and participate in roadshows (virtual or in-person) and client project reviews
§ Distribute Private Equity investment fund products to institutional investors: responsibility
over 2-3 European countries for a full-time position

• Existing projects:
Primary:
§ €200m Spanish lower-mid market Buyout fund
§ €250m Mezzanine fund
Secondary:
§ €200m Stapled Secondary project in Benelux
§ €250m Single-Asset Continuation Fund
§ €50m Secondary transaction in Portugal
§ Other potential projects

Qualifications
Preferred/Required:
Job qualifications and experience, academic degrees, personal traits...		 Position prerequisites
• MBA or MSc Student with strong academic record
• Excellent verbal & written English
• Entrepreneurial mindset
• Strong PowerPoint and Excel skills
• EU work permit required
• At least 2 of the following credentials in the order of preference:
§ Experience in Alternative investment industry or Investor Relations
§ Client facing experience in Investment Banking or Consulting § Successful Sales track record
§ Project or people management in large international projects
• Preference for Anglo / Italian/ French/ German/ Dutch or Nordics credentials but not a prerequisite
