Currently the Vice President of Finance for Janssen Asia Pacific. Earlier was Vice President of Finance and Business Services for J&J Medical Asia Pacific. Started my career in Consumer in J&J and had the opportunity to work across the 3 sectors and also functions like I/T, Supply Chain, Sales and Marketing etc.
I have done work in China / Japan / India on L&A, Driving growth through different business models (S2) , Improving systems and complaince and growing profitability. Also handled Shared Services on a cross sector basis for Asia Pac (with centers in Suzhou and Manila with a projected headcount of 300+), Health care compliance and Rolling out a new ERP for MD&D Asia Pac.
