IRDP prepares candidates who have recently received MBAs or other graduate business degrees for leadership opportunities within our companies outside of the U.S. The 12- to 24-month program provides participants with onboarding support and the potential for international before they assume full-time positions in the countries where they have permanent work authorization. IRDP helps Johnson & Johnson build a strong, diverse pipeline of emerging leaders who will have both Regional experience and a global mindset.
