	We launch the search, identify and contact matching candidates from our extensive database and post the job on our website.
	We collect and screen applications rigorously against your criteria and present you a shortlist of matching candidates.
	We discuss the candidate profiles with you, adjust our parameters (if needed), respond to all applicants, and continue the search.
