Dârini Vedarattiname spent 15 years delivering strategies for purpose-driven institutions operating internationally, including non-profits, economic development agencies, universities, membership associations, and multilateral organisations. She specialises in nurturing partnerships between government, business, academia, and civil society to collectively address complex socio-economic issues. She recently completed a mandate at the United Nations, where her work focused on municipalities’ urban transformation efforts.
Based in London, she is currently a Social Impact Industry Advisor for London Business School. Her volunteer engagement includes serving as the President of Westminster International Rotary Club in London, leading a cross-generational team representing 18 nationalities to deliver social impact projects benefitting local and global communities.
A bi-national of France and Canada, Dârini has studied, worked and volunteered in Canada, the US, the UK, France, Belgium, Spain, Eastern Europe & Central Asia, MENA, India, and Japan. She holds a trilingual Bachelor in Business Administration in French, English and Spanish from HEC Montréal, and an MBA from the University of Oxford.
