MBA Case Competition JAPAN 2023

To give more opportunities to the business person (especially MBA students/graduates) to experience establishing the business strategy. To help the Mongolia society to tackle with their social problems.
Description
We are pleased to announce that 'MBA Case Competition JAPAN 2023' is now open to all the MBA graduates/students in worldwide, providing an opportunity to tackle with a real-world challenge. 'Reality' is a theme of our 'MBA Case Competition' which extended to setting a special prize of gaining a half of the initial capital of the suggested outstanding business plan if the business plan is evaluated as it worth realizing in true.
'MBA Case Competition JAPAN' is a case competition in Japan run by 'Japan MBA Federation', targeting to give the opportunities to experience a real business as an encouragement of the MBA graduates/students to strengthen their skills in business and to increase their visibility. In 2023, as the 2nd held MBA competition, we are grateful to invite more MBA graduates/students in wider range of the world with a theme of a business in Mongolia.
Rules:
The team should be composed of 1-5 people and should be led by a person who is a MBA graduate/student. The MBA graduates/students should be signed up as one of the memberships of the Japan MBA Federation (participation in Facebook group with a free of charge, for further information about a sign up, please contact; mba-cup.office@mba-federation.com).
The team is given a case and is expected to submit a strategic business plan in a defined format.
Nine teams will be selected to advance to the final round which requires a presentation of a business plan (3 min English presentation in a form of a pitch plus 12 min presentation in English or in Japanese).
Schedule:
o Registration: 1-March, 2023 to 14-April, 2023 (via our website https://mbacupoffice.wixsite.com/mba-cup2023/en)
o First round: A business plan should be submitted between 16-April and 9-May
o Final round: 18-June, 2023 (10:00-17:00 Japan time)
- Place: TBA (within the 23 wards of Tokyo), online for the participants from abroad
Prize:
First prize: 100,000 JPY or inspection tour of Mongolia or a subsidy (team members only)
Special prize: half of the initial capital of the suggested business plan*
*a half of the capital at the maximum

Japan MBA federation is the non-profit general incorporated association in Japan who holds ca. 2,800 MBA graduates/students as a membership (as of February 2023), working under a vision of ‘We realize the world where all social issues are discovered, analyzed, and solved seamlessly through MBA networks’.
