PURPOSE STATEMENT:
Lead the development and implementation brands strategy (under Group Brand Manager responsibility) aligned to the global guidelines and corporate objectives
Ensure effective consumer and brand insights are generated and available
Drive ongoing evaluation of brand activities
Responsible for overall corresponding brands performance in Russia

Key responsibilities:

Develop and coordinate execution of Strategic & Operational brand plans
Drive identification of long-term brand opportunities and threats in Russia, if applicable - escalate to the Region as input for long-term strategy development
Contribute to establishment of cycle grid, providing required information on Brand activities to be implemented in line with brands agreed role in the portfolio
Ensure that brand activities meet brand objectives and consumer segments requirements
Identify required consumer insights and ensure it is generated, brand issues and opportunities are understood, corrective actions identified
Drive brand activities planning, development and coordinate implementation to ensure fit with brand strategy, corporate guidelines, ensuring that profit targets are met or exceeded
Apply best practice in brand management to optimise efficiency and effectiveness
Drive monthly and quarterly evaluation of Brands with outcomes presented at monthly forums in line with internal processes & procedures
Drive brand activities evaluation as well as annual brand performance review in line with internal processes
Define and recommend responses to business issues and opportunities and propose scenarios and business cases for changes to cycle grids accordingly

Experience

Min 5 years experience in Brands in a similar international FMCG company including managerial position
Knowledge and experience in brand strategy development, brand positioning and pricing, brand launches development & implementations, product development, consumer insights, marketing mix implementation
Strategic thinking and strong analytical skills
Project management
Drive for result and proactiveness to seek and identify business opportunities
Effective communication, influence and presentation skills. Ability to solve conflicts among areas/ functions
Strong people management skills (Motivating, coaching and developing people)
Fluent Russian and English
