The Instituto Panamericano de Alta DirecciÃ³n de Empresa â€“IPADE- is the Business school of the Universidad Panamericana. It was created in Mexico City in 1967 by several prominent businessmen. The school has more than 23,000 graduates and permanent venues in Mexico City, Guadalajara and Monterrey, and presence in the most important cities of the country. The fundamental mission of IPADE is to research, create, innovate and transmit knowledge with a Christian sense and the practice of business management in order to educate leaders with a global vision and social responsibility, able to transform organizations and society thus, promoting the socioeconomic growth of Mexico. The guiding principles are:
