CaseIT is the premier international Management Information Systems (MIS) business case competition hosted each year in collaboration with the Beedie School of Business in Vancouver, Canada. CaseIT brings together top undergraduate business students, distinguished faculty members, experienced industry professionals, and a dedicated student-run organizing committee to challenge conventional thinking and build global connections. The competition provides a rigorous platform to test students’ critical business case analysis capabilities and empower students to present with confidence in front of esteemed industry professionals on an international stage.

Hosted at the Beedie School of Business in Vancouver, Canada, CaseIT brings together top business students, distinguished faculty members, dedicated Simon Fraser University student organizers, highly experienced judges and competitors from across the globe. Engage in an intense week of competition that includes two preliminary presentations, a wildcard round, and a final round that showcases the top five teams’ case-solving capabilities. For many competitors, CaseIT is one of the pinnacle experiences of their undergraduate degree, providing the ability to apply academic knowledge in a real-life context at one of the most prestigious MIS-themed case competitions in the world.

Full payment $1875, deadline to withdraw from competition

Competing Universities Announcement

Eligibility
Each team must consist of four students enrolled in an undergraduate program

Universities must have a minimum of one team coach or faculty advisor.¹

All team members must be first-time competitors at CaseIT MIS Case Competition.²

¹ Universities are welcome to have more than one coach for the competition.

² This requirement for eligibility strictly applies to student competitors. Returning coaches and faculty advisors are welcomed.
