MBA Case Competition
December 02, 2021
The U.S. Chamber of Commerce Foundation’s MBA Case Competition gives MBA students nationwide an opportunity to solve real-world challenges facing the business community, network with corporate executives, and compete for $20,000 in prize money.
During the 2021 competition, students will be challenged to create solutions that help close America’s entrepreneurship gap by increasing access to capital for Black entrepreneurs.
Teams must consist of 3 students each, including any combination of part-time, full-time, or executive MBA students. Each participating school may have an unlimited number of teams enter the competition.
Each team member must be a current student at the educational institution they are representing.
Each team will submit a case solution in document form. Parameters for the solution submission will be shared when the case is released on October 29.
The U.S. Chamber of Commerce Foundation will conduct the first round of judging by reviewing the submissions from each team. Three teams will be selected to advance to the final round of the competition.
During round one, submissions will be stripped of school names and made entirely anonymous to ensure fairness.
The final round will be held virtually.
Three teams will be selected to present their cases to a panel of judges and an audience of business leaders, innovators, and students.
The judges’ panel for the final round of competition will include C-suite executives, U.S. Chamber of Commerce leadership, and academics.
