About PwC’s Value Creation in Deals Platform
PwC’s Value Creation in Deals platform provides strategic and operational advice across the deal continuum - from setting the deal strategy to post-deal execution. Examples of services we undertake include the following:
1. Advising corporates / funds on strategic decisions or investment strategy
2. Spot opportunities both organic and inorganic to enhance growth / profitability and better market position
3. Growth strategy, Market Assessment, cost take-out, asset optimization and B-plan review
1. Leading large integrated assignments involving all aspects of DD
2. Value creation assessment
3. Synergy assessment
Leading and delivering large integrated assignments involving
1. Sales acceleration (Go to market market transformation, Channel partner management and growth, Key account Management etc.)
2. Integrating the sales, operations, and manpower
3. EBITDA improvement (Procurement cost optimization, Supply chain optimization, manufacturing cost reduction)
4. Working capital management
Deals Value Creation has embarked on an ambitious growth plan in India, and we are keen to hire strategy consultants in our team.

Work with client teams to deliver CDD, market assessment and b-plan validation engagements with minimum supervision
Conduct primary and secondary research on companies and industries
Build PoVs on strategy of the company, strengths and weaknesses, growth plans, etc. based on secondary research from multiple sources
Communicate findings to internal engagement and external client teams
Support in proposal and business development
Refer Desired experience section
Strong excel and ppt skills with exposure to Power BI / Alterix / Tableau etc
Impeccable oral and written communication skills
Keen and equal interest in strategy and operations
Willingness to travel on-site to client locations
Ability to work well in teams (often cross-functional) with a diverse set of colleagues
This position is open for either Gurgaon or Mumbai location
2-5 years of management consulting/ commercial due diligence experience, preferably in areas such as Deals Strategy, sales acceleration, strategy formulation and b-plan creation
Desired Educational Background –
MBA from a Tier 1 institute
Candidates from Tier I engineering/ commerce institutes will be preferred
Candidates with good CGPA in MBA and under graduation will be preferred
