In this role, you have the opportunity to

Help lead the commercial integration of a new acquisition into Philips, which will enable new solutions in tele-health and virtual collaboration. The commercial workstream for the integration project includes portfolio strategy, pricing, and branding – as well as ensuring progress against defined sales targets and financial KPI’s for the business case.

You are responsible for

Commercial Program Management

Create project plan for commercial Workstream
Manage the Workstream
Monthly reporting on synergy KPI's

Portfolio management & Pricing Strategy

Offering structure for solutions and customer experience enabled with the new technology platform across Philips businesses
Co-manage roadmap with Idea to Market (I2M)
Harmonized pricing strategy for solutions supported by the new technology

Branding & messaging

Collaborate with Marketing Communications to develop messaging, branding and taxonomy for the new solutions portfolio
Execute branding launch, including external events/communications and internal training

App subscription direct business

Achieve annual sales targets for app subscriptions to B2B customers (healthcare providers and/or industry partners)
Collaborate with marketing and sales partners to develop channel strategy
Identify target customer segments for growth and build account sales funnel
Partner with other integration program workstreams (Operations, IT, Finance) to integrate app subscription direct sales into Philips processes, systems for Quote to Cash.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

Required skills

Bachelor’s degree in Business or technical discipline (Engineering/Science)
7+ years of relevant experience in healthcare technology – including ultrasound or image-guided therapy, a plus
Proven experience in Marketing strategy/portfolio/pricing
Project management
Market to Order (M2O) processes - including quote to cash, a plus

Desirable skills

Knowledge of Philips organization – ability to align, secure support across multiple businesses
Sales support/account strategy
Presentation skills - especially to senior management
Understanding of tele-health
Understanding of SaaS
