Want to use your unique combination of expertise, dedication and drive to spark bold innovation while tackling some of the world's most pressing health challenges? With the power of the world's largest broadly-based healthcare company behind you, you'll amplify your impact-and find that you can touch the lives of people everywhere.
The Procurement Leadership Development Program (PLDP) is a two-year, full-time, non-rotational program designed to accelerate your career development through exposure to challenging and enriching experiences at Johnson & Johnson.
Are You Ready to Make a Difference?
PLDP participants benefit from global leadership exposure and a wide range of networking opportunities. In addition to being paired with a senior leader mentor who can provide you with valuable insight and counsel, you'll also have an opportunity to interact with other senior leaders at Johnson & Johnson. And to hone your leadership skills, you'll prepare for and deliver presentations, and participate in immersion events and summits.
On September 20th, join us at an interactive virtual event and learn more about our unique PLDP - an extraordinary program brings diverse top talent into our Procurement function and allows us to develop them into the future leaders of Johnson & Johnson.
As an Attendee, You Will Be Able to:
- Interact directly with Johnson & Johnson executives and recruiting managers
- Apply early, even before we connect with many other candidates
- Learn what it's like to work within the Johnson & Johnson Family of Companies
- Understand the value you can receive from an internship or full-time position in our global programs
- Get an inside track on your next steps, including our selection process
Even if you've attended a Johnson & Johnson event previously, or you plan to see Johnson & Johnson representatives on campus, we think you'll find this online event uniquely valuable. It will refresh your knowledge about our global organization and provide in-depth information about regional opportunities.
