Top Development Programs in the Middle East
Part of the "2016 Ranking of MBA Development Programs", this report identifies the Top 10 Development Programs in the Middle East.
British Petroleum Future Leaders Programme, Siemens Graduate Program, and Johnson & Johnson International Recruitment Development Program were the top programs in the Middle East.
Noteworthy is that all the Development Programs among the top 10 are full-time with the exception of 2 internships: Bain & Company Summer Associate, and Johnson & Johnson International Recruitment Development Program Internship. Four programs are located in the Healthcare Industry, three in Financial Services, two in Energy & Utility, and one in Consulting. Geographically, programs are located in different countries in the Middle East such as Lebanon, UAE, Saudi Arabia, and Kuwait.
Special attention should be paid to the work permit requirements: The majority of the companies on the list require MBA candidates to have a permanent work authorization in the geographic area for which he / she is applying for. However, there is a notable exception for the Gulf states where the work permit is given once the candidate has a job offer so the companies can effectively 'sponsor' the right candidates for the roles.
