We are seeking a dynamic, analytically sharp and highly versatile Special Projects Manager (title TBC) to join a well-established family office and support the Principal across a wide range of projects, interests and commitments. This is a full-time role based in London, working closely and directly with the Principal and the CEO. This individual will form part of a growing, collaborative team.
The successful candidate will be a trusted strategic partner-applying structured thinking and analysis, commercial acumen, and strong operational judgement across everything from philanthropic initiatives and creative ventures to asset-backed investments and special projects. This role could be well-suited to someone from a management consulting, private equity, strategy, or VC background who is looking to transition into a broader, more hands-on environment with real ownership, variety, and long-term opportunity.

Role & Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will work in deep partnership with the Principal to help analyse, steer and deliver a diverse portfolio of live and emerging projects. This individual will:
- support, help manage and execute strategic initiatives across the Principal's ecosystem-ranging from philanthropy and creative ventures to commercial opportunities, special events, and property-backed projects.
- analyse, research and assess the feasibility, impact, and strategic fit of potential projects-ensuring time and resources are allocated accordingly.
- bring structured, strategic thinking to every conversationâscoping ideas, framing decisions, and offering sound commercial judgment.
- act as the Principal's thought partnerâsomeone he can bounce ideas off, debate with, and rely on to provide independent perspective and sharp analysis on projects.
- represent the Principal credibly in conversations with third parties-from advisors and consultants to institutional partners and collaborators.
- create light but effective structures for tracking actions, timelines, and outcomes across multiple concurrent workstreams.
- collaborate with other team members and external specialists, ensuring all efforts are aligned and joined-up.
