You’ll collaborate with local market teams, niche experts, and global partners to drive cloud solution sales and empower clients on their cloud transformation journey. As a key member of Slalom’s Google Cloud Center of Excellence, you’ll leverage our award-winning partnerships and multidisciplinary teams to deliver business value and technical excellence for high-impact data and AI solutions.

What You’ll Do

• Act as a hands-on technical advisor for cloud-native application development and AI-powered agent solutions on Google Cloud.
• Support clients in designing, building, and deploying modern applications and multi-agent systems using tools such as:
  • Agent Development Kit (ADK), Agentspace, Agent2Agent Protocol
  • Vertex AI and GenAI APIs
  • Cloud Run, Firestore, Pub/Sub, Cloud Functions
• Create and demo working proofs of concept (POCs), reference architectures, and application blueprints tailored to client needs.
• Serve as a subject matter expert for GCP solutions during the sales cycle.
• Partner with account executives, solution architects, and client stakeholders to understand business challenges and propose tailored cloud solutions.
• Lead and facilitate technical sales presentations, discovery workshops, and product demonstrations for client prospects.
• Guide clients through the evaluation of Google Cloud services, including architecture, integration, security, and migration considerations.
• Develop and deliver solution proposals, statements of work, and technical documentation aligned with client requirements.
• Collaborate with engineers and consultants to ensure smooth transition from pre-sales to implementation.
• Stay current with Google Cloud innovations, market trends, and competitive offerings to inform client recommendations.
• Work flexibly across virtual and onsite engagements, with regional travel as needed.

What You’ll Bring

• Proven expertise in cloud-native application development on Google Cloud.
• Experience building intelligent, multi-agent, or LLM-augmented applications using SDKs and platforms (e.g., Agentspace, ADK, LangChain).
• Proficiency in at least one general-purpose programming language (e.g., Python, Java, Go, Node.js) and familiarity with API-first architectures.
• Knowledge of modern software architecture patterns including event-driven, serverless, microservices, and real-time apps.
• Experience designing and/or supporting production enterprise applications on Google Cloud.
• Strong background in technical pre-sales, solution engineering, or consulting within cloud environments.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into business value for diverse audiences.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, comfortable engaging with both technical teams and executives.
• Familiarity with application lifecycle management, DevOps automation, and modern integration patterns is a plus.
• Relevant Google Cloud certifications (e.g., Professional Cloud Developer, Cloud Architect, ML Engineer) preferred.

Compensation and Benefits

Slalom is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. For Senior Principal, the base salary pay range is $140,000 to $217,000. In addition, individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. Actual compensation will depend upon an individual’s skills, experience, qualifications, location, and other relevant factors. The salary pay range is subject to change and may be modified at any time.
