For one of our most trusted clients - real estate investment company focused on owning and managing high-quality, dominant regional shopping centres across continental Europe-with a particular emphasis on South Eastern Europe and the Balkans, we are currently looking for Senior Financial Analyst a critical role within the asset management team at the European headquarter of the company,

Responsibilities:

* Analyze investment opportunities and maintain/upgrade financial models aligned with Group acquisition criteria.
* Oversee the property valuation process-including communication with valuers, validation of assumptions, and understanding market sentiment in the region.
* Actively support group restructuring activities and asset transactions (acquisitions and disposals).:
* Contribute to monthly, quarterly, and annual financial and management reporting to executive leadership, shareholders, auditors, and internal committees.
* Oversee loan and derivative instruments, maintain relevant registers and support ad hoc (re)financing initiatives across the region.

Requirements:

* Bachelor's/Master's Degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting or related field;
* Minimum 4 years of experience in related field (Experience in M&A, asset valuation, or cross-border transactions is a strong advantage);
* Excellent analytical and research skills;
* Experience in the M&A is considered as a plus;
* Excellent knowledge of English - written and verbal;
* Excellent knowledge of Word and Excel (preferably MS Office), experience with financial modeling is essential.
