I was an intern during the MBA and went through an Assessment Center as well.

What were the required skillsets and prior experience and how were they evaluated (behavioral interviews, case studies, assessment center, panel interview, etc)?
Most of the above.

Clear understanding of why the program fits in with one's career plans
Good understanding of how one's experience fits into the picture
Its a LDP so one is in for the long haul, hence making sure you are an organisation fit before applying for a program
