Why a MBA / Leadership Development Program (vs. direct hire)?
I liked the idea of rotation of job functions within finance, but ultimately I chose a standard non-rotational program because I wanted a job in the US, and not one that I would be living outside of the US for 4-6 years

What are the key advantages / disadvantages of being on a MBA / Leadership Development Program?
Advantages: good pay, good exposure to different job functions Disadvantages: In this particular program there was no option as to where to start geographically (had to spend first 2 years in Switzerland)

How does the MBA / Leadership Development Program fit in your career goals?
Allows great exposure to different job functions

How strongly did you weight the location of the program?
Very Strongly

What to look for in a MBA / Leadership Development Program?
Location, career progression, industry fit, functional fit (eg finance vs general mgmt)

Can you summarize the recruiting process you went through and how long it took?
There was only 1 first round interview for the internship that took 30 minutes. There would have been additional interviews and an exam after the test for the full time rotational program.

What were the required skillsets and prior experience and how were they evaluated (behavioral interviews, case studies, assessment center, panel interview, etc)?
strong excel skills, presentation skills, strong finance skills
