Reimagining Women in Leadership: Virtual Conference and MBA Case Competition
Objective
Reimagining Women in Leadership: Virtual Conference & MBA Case Competition, conceived and presented by the Ted Rogers MBA program, brings together MBA candidates and industry professionals from diverse backgrounds from around the globe to exchange ideas on socially relevant business issues and topics related to women in leadership. Our engaging virtual event will give you the opportunity to hear from notable keynote speakers, participate in workshops, network with your peers and industry leaders and compete in a case challenge. Help us reimagine women in leadership at our virtual conference and MBA case competition.

Description
An original case is written for the competition every year. The cases have been focused on female decision makers and the topics were Open Banking in 2021 and Central Bank Digital Currency in 2022. Both cases were presented at academic conferences and were subsequently published in an open access academic journal platform.
The one-day virtual conference offers a combination of panel discussions, keynote speakers, networking events, workshops and sessions.
