The Impact You’ll Make in this Role

As a Global Marketing Operations Leader will be responsible for Division marketing prioritization for programs, insights and digital commerce. This position will also develop relationship and business agreements with partners to enable integrated delivery of solutions. In this role, strong communication, collaboration and team leadership skills are required.

Market planning, key programs and growth
Marketing training and marketing ROI
Customer education, thought leadership and industry relations
Work with Area and regional teams, marketing and business leaders to drive growth.
Segment strategy and insights
International activation with marketing centers

Your Skills and Expertise

To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M is looking for candidates who must have the following qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start) in marketing, business development or related from an accredited institution
Seven (7) years of experience in international business development
Five (5) years of leadership/management experience
Three (3) years of Healthcare technology experience

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

MBA or equivalent
Healthcare market experience.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Growth mindset and coaching skills
Ability to solve problems in a logical, methodical, and time efficient manner
Ability to direct and influence others
Ability to quickly prioritize and respond to business demands
Ability to effectively coordinate inputs from multiple stakeholders

Travel: May include up to 25% travel

Relocation Assistance: May be authorized

Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).
