Commercial Excellence COE Associate:
The COE Associate works closely within the Commercial Excellence Office to support development, deployment and execution of global transformation initiatives. You will set the pace of change across our businesses, functions, and geographies and make Cargill better than the sum of its parts by:
Energizing the organization and evolving our culture
Building next generation capabilities
Generating significant financial value and simplifying how we work and grow
Combined, the COE Associate’s supporting contributions will allow Cargill to reach new levels of effectiveness while winning in our global markets and with our customers.
60% Lead a key workstream on a global transformation initiative that will generate significant near-term and long-term value; motivate team members to “reach higher,” and support delivery in line with broad corporate objectives
20% Problem-solving, including top-down validation and prioritization of opportunity sizings
20% Value measurement and monitoring that ensures value capture occurs as planned and per schedule

Pursuing an MBA or relevant advanced degree with anticipated graduation date in December 2020 or Spring/Summer 2021

Ability to travel, potentially up to 30% (depending on project needs and COVID-19 related travel restrictions)
Ability to manage a diverse set of stakeholders toward a defined set of objectives

Excellent verbal and written communication skills and problem-solving skills, including working with people from diverse backgrounds and cultures.
High sense of accountability, broad comfort in ambiguity, strong desire to learn

Relevant professional certifications (ie. PMP, LSSBB)
