Role description:
5+ years of experience in a junior COO profile or a business management
Work with the Data Quality and Monitoring COO and help manage operations for a team of 300 employees based out of Pune and Mumbai
Key responsibilities include:

Data management:
Manage data including headcount and financials as part of overall budget management process
Publishing periodic standard reports covering headcount as required
Present cuts of financials and headcount for transformation activities to measure and track progress
Work with RDM India head for ad-hoc requests
Stakeholder management:

Work closely with the central finance team for budget management
Coordinate with site COO team for BCP and other central CRO activities
Close coordination with regional leads across risk types to gather data for analysis
Liaise with vendor management team to onboard and track new contractor hire, time sheets and invoicing
Coordinate with HR for hiring and other people initiatives
Controls:
Set-up controls to ensure mandatory trainings and other such requirements are completed on time

Self-starter and ability to understand open ended requests and deliver as per requirement
Hold over numbers as the role would require financial management, data reconciliation
Strong understanding of data – including cleaning base data, organizing and presentation
Advanced excel skills including pivots, lookups and other presentation tools. VBA Macros would be an added advantage
Basic understanding of Risk / capital markets especially in a Global bank environment
Ability to coordinate with business partners by building strong working relationships
Educational qualification: MBA (finance)
Result oriented, dedicated, hardworking, can work on own initiative and deliver on time with a high level of integrity and flexibility, sense of urgency, attention to detail and quality standards
