As we look to redefine expectations in cancer care, we need experienced, entrepreneurial-minded leaders to help us on this journey. Are you an experienced oncology marketer looking to be part of an innovative, dynamic and growing organization? GSK’s US Oncology Team is looking for a Director, Continuity of Care to support the launch of Belantamab Mafadotin.

As the Director, Continuity of Care, you will work cross-functionally to mobilize GSK resources to support customers through the treatment journey for this first in class agent. In this role you will report directly to the Sr. Director, Oncology Marketing Belantamab Mafadotin and be responsible for developing, coordinating and operationalizing a unique, robust program to support continuity of care.

This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career, these responsibilities include some of the following…
Enable and ensure continuity of care for Belantamab Mafadotin in r/r Multiple Myeloma
Work closely with the brand team and collaborate with internal stakeholders
Explore, develop and rapidly execute new, novel services and support resources
Develop and operationalize a unique model to mobilize GSK field and internal teams/resources to support patient care

Why you?

Basic Qualifications:

We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:

o Bachelor’s Degree

o 5+ years in bio-pharmaceutical industry

o 3+ years of experience in Oncology

Preferred Qualifications:

If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus:

o An entrepreneurial mindset

o The ability to work effectively across a matrix environment and influence without formal authority

o PM / Marketing Experience

o Strong business acumen

o Strong verbal and written communication/ presentation skills

o Master’s degree/MBA

o Prior Launch / Hematology experience
