In this role your key stakeholders will be sales and marketing across all business units, DHB’s, Pharmac, hospital procurement and C-suite level customers. You will be responsible for creating, developing, and delivering long-term business partnering relationships with strategic accounts in consultation with the sales and marketing teams whilst proactively researching and monitoring evolving market needs and opportunities. You will drive continuous business improvement and lead innovative business solutions which give our organisation a competitive advantage in the marketplace. QualificationsAbout YOUWe are seeking a highly dynamic and ambitious leader with strong sales and negotiation skills as the ability to build relationships with stakeholders across all levels. Your experience in sales management combined with a sound understanding of marketing will set you up for success. You will possess excellent commercial acumen and financial astuteness and your ability to think strategically and outside of the box will be integral to this role. You will demonstrate a strong ability to make decisions and take action when dealing with complexity and ambiguity. You will have superior emotional intelligence and influencing skills to be able to gain buy in from multiple stakeholders simultaneously.
