The Manager, Market Access Insights & Analytics is
responsible for being a strategic and trusted advisor to SCG stakeholders,
including the Strategic Account Management teams.  This position will support enablement of
existing market access analytics tools, while contributing to building out new
capabilities including Payer 360 and developing and executing the roadmap of
our self-service capabilities.  They will
be familiar with patient-level data and market dynamics pertaining to formulary
coverage, reimbursement, health systems, buy-and-bill and patient


Identify, design and execute integrated analytics which
inform market access and sales pull-through strategies and tactics. This
includes determining optimal analytic approaches and statistical methods, working
with supplier partners, fostering strong partnerships in the context of
resources, timing and overall project goals. 

Work closely with SCG
Field Business Acumen team to identify enhancement opportunities for existing
analytics & reportsConduct training and
manage change management needs with SCG partners for use of appropriate SCG
Performance and Access Field ReportsManage operational
support for various analytic tools and reports used by our SCG partnersAct as a project
manager across several projects simultaneously in support of our business
partnersDevelop & manage
SCG executive reporting platform integrating payer, institution, trade &
sales dataEnsure appropriate data
integration and reporting processes with IT, Data Management and third-party
suppliers.Provide support for reporting,
analysis and access forecasting across Janssen NA Pharm portfolioWork closely with
Managers on team to synthesize large and complex data sets necessary to answer
key business questions and uncover relevant insightsElevate
and enhance brand access performance dashboards to establish baseline market
access understanding at all levels of the organization to ensure market access
is at the forefront of brand strategyLeverage
disparate data sources to address key business questions and uncover business
opportunities. Develop
new insights and actionable recommendations and influence business partners at
all levels to incorporate in decision making.Influence
the development of the most critical metrics to measure and monitor performance
through dashboards.Identify
opportunities to partner with CIS and Commercial Innovation (AA, MAIA, etc.) to
drive impact for brand or franchise and drive organizational efficiencies. QualificationsEducation:

A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree is required;
an advanced degree or MBA is preferred

Required Skills:

A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience
Working knowledge of pharma and managed markets
data sources (to include IQVIA, Symphony Health, MMIT & DRG Managed
Markets) Knowledge of payer and managed market dynamics Proficiency with all Microsoft applications
(Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.) and TableauAbility to organize, integrate, and analyze
large data sources and draw cohesive conclusionsAbility to influence all levels of the
organization and to engage across a broad range of business partners and
functionsStrong project management skills and ability to
manage multiple projects simultaneouslyExcellent communication skills (written and


Knowledge of market access dynamics (e.g.
payers, IDNs, specialty pharmacy, patient access, trade distribution)Ability to learn/apply Rx, patient claims, and
managed markets data sources (e.g. IQVIA, SHS, IntegriChain, MMIT, DRG Managed
Markets)Knowledge of advanced statistical techniques
and concepts (model selection and hypothesis testing, statistical inference,
promotional response modeling etc.) and experience with real-world applications
Experience utilizing advanced data processing
tools (e.g. SAS, SQL, Python)Expertise in domain specific data sets of
pharma and specialty pharmacy data sources (including RWE, Patient level data,
& sales data sources)Ability to shape and influence organizational decision-makingDemonstrated success solving business problems
and generating actionable insights and recommendations Strength in storytelling, data visualization
and developing effective presentationsKnowledge across a broad spectrum of analytic
approaches / data sources and ability to identify appropriate approach to

This position is based in Titusville, NJ and will require
up to 10% domestic travel.
