Our Consumer Health Care Products segment includes a broad range of products used in the baby care, skin care, oral care, wound care and women’s health care fields, as well as nutritional and over-the-counter pharmaceutical products, and wellness and prevention platforms.

Job Description
This position unleash growth by:
Identifying incremental growth opportunities for the cluster represented in potential strategic alliances, new business models, new channels and product development.
Building the business cases for approval and incubating the new models until sustainable.
The Incubator Manager will be the prime interface for entrepreneurs and responsible for managing the operations, planning, marketing and development of the business Incubator.
The position requires a team player with leadership qualities, excellent marketing skills, a professional and positive attitude and organization. It is an exciting role that makes available endless opportunities and learning for the candidate.

Main Responsibilities
Actively pursues New Businesses models:
Identifying opportunity (screening)
Building business cases
Developing work plan, governance and incubator network
Kicking off and implementing of start-ups
Connecting and integrating winning initiatives to business operations.

The Incubator Manager will be responsible for leading the incubator operation:
Overall planning the activities, resources, budgets and operations of the Incubator.
Pre-incubation: Deal Flow generation, Screening of proposals, Research, Patent landscaping, working with entrepreneurs for their proposals, resenting proposals to the next level for selecting incubates.
Incubation: Lead formation of new business and provide incubation facilities to enable commercialization of the business: To induct new entrepreneurs; create Incubation plans and implement them, assist in writing business plans, keep track of the Incubation process; help the incubates prepare proposals for getting funding, etc.
Events and workshops: Plan various workshops/events/webinars for the Incubator, and execute the same with the help of team members.
Mentor Network: Develop the mentor network for the Incubator and work with them to make the Incubated venture successful.
Partnerships: Forge partnerships with other organizations for providing services to the incubates or the incubator; marketing the incubator, sponsorships…etc. Liaison with the government and industries.
Marketing the Incubator and Business Development: Be the face of the Incubator and actively promote it through various channels etc.
Funding for Incubatee Projects: Work with co-ordination with senior management for setting up and seed funds for start-ups.
Build, Manage, Develo and Inspire the Incubator team.
Prepare all required reports and maintain a comprehensive set of records on all tenant activity, client activity and staff involvement in the process of tenant recruitment.
Administration of the Incubator and any other activities which requires the manager’s involvement.

Identify growth accelerators capitalizing on internal and external best practices and partners’ information (Nielsen, Kantar, etc).

Capability to influence any partner at any level to break the status quo, accelerate processes and remove obstacles when necessary, making things happen.

Design a strategy to foster an start up culture throughout the organization while motivating and engaging all employees to think outside the box and share their disruptive business ideas with high potential to be developed as a new business.

Works cooperatively with internal key stakeholders in the Hub and with the Regional Leaders within RMO Organization aligning strategies, key drivers and leveraging capabilities.

Reports to: Strategy and Business Development Sr Manager LAN


Experience: Minimal 7 years of experience in Brand Management, Account Management or Shopper Management.

Required Degree: Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Industrial Engineer or related


MBA (desirable)

Innovation Management or Agile Certificate (desirable)

Lenguages: Fluent in Spanish and English, other languages desirable.

Relocation and work permits: The Company will not be responsible for possible relocation expenses or work permits for this position.
