for a Senior Financial Analyst supporting Janssen Supply Chain. This role is
based in Horsham, PA.

Position
Overview:

This position supports a multi-year
restructuring initiative in Janssen Supply Chain reporting in to the Project
Finance Manager. The position will partner with a number of teams across JSC to
ensure an efficient, SOX compliant reporting environment for all restructuring
projects and delivery of budget commitments. Key business partners will be
other regional finance team members supporting ongoing restructuring projects.

Key
Responsibilities:

Quarterly Consolidation of Global JSC Actual
Restructuring SpendCoordinate/Collaborate with project teams/global
services to ensure accurate and timely submissions of results to JJSC
Restructuring PMO, J&J CorporateBVA analysis of total project spending, savings,
headcount, capitalPresentation of results/insights to JJSC/JSC
Restructuring PMO, J&J CorporateBi-Annual Consolidation of Global JSC restructuring
budgets/ expected valueCoordinate/Collaborate with project teams to refresh
multi-year expenses, savings to be generated by successful project
execution and ultimately value delivered to JSCCoordinate submission of revised forecasts to JJSC
Restructuring PMOPresentation of results/insights to JJSC/JSC
Restructuring PMOCollaborating with J&J worldwide procedures/PWC to
establish appropriate reporting procedures for new spend scenarios as they
are identified Provide guidance on appropriate reporting procedures to
local finance teamsAd hoc project support when required (discounted cash
flow scenario analysis, cost/benefit analysis)
QualificationsA minimum of a Bachelor's degree is required,
preferably a major in Accounting/Finance or a related fieldMBA and advanced certification, CPA or CMA is
preferred. A minimum of 3 years of finance experience with strong
technical finance and accounting skills is required. Supply Chain experience is a plus. Good grasp of worldwide procedures and GAAP required. Must possess excellent communications skills, both
orally and in writing, as there will be frequent interactions with JSC and
JJSC senior leadership. Must be proactive, analytical, and comfortable with
ambiguity. Possess the ability to simplify and articulate
significant complexity to frame project financial status. Must be comfortable creating new processes and
procedures Must possess the ability to partner and work across
cultural and time zone differences. This position will be located in Horsham, PA and will require
up to 25% travel to Titusville, NJ site
