What you値l do

As our Product Analyst you will be responsible for building the business model for the service offerings and digital commerce products our digital commerce team provides. You値l also work in an operational role across a number of these offerings to analyze business requirements, define user stories and partner with business teams to build out viable consumer value propositions with data-based P&L projections. You値l partner with Product and Sales and Marketing Directors and to ensure the highest probability of success for each new digital commerce business we launch.

In this role you値l perform the following activities:

Facilitating workshops, gathering business requirements, mapping business processes, documenting customer journeys, and authoring business requirements to ensure the successful planning and launching of new digital businesses
Play a key role in our Direct to Consumer (D2C) start-up and digital accelerator product offerings, bringing digital commerce expertise assistance to build out a data driven business case
Partner with product managers to develop user stories and build the case to provide new features and enhancements to the existing D2C & B2B products
Support your customers in the creation of Business Cases and Change Requests to support a corporate strategy that continually improves the functionality, performance, and reliability of our digital commerce systems
Perform post implementation reviews measuring business requirements against actuals, incorporating these learnings into future deployments for maximum return on investment
Define product test cases and manage the user acceptance testing process
Partner with business leaders to develop identify and define how to improve business performance through leveraging new leading-edge digital capabilities within the digital demand organization, including commerce products, analytics tools and proprietary best practices
Partner with global digital technology teams to leverage data, analytics and commerce solutions to develop and deliver a high-quality customer experience with measurable sales growth

What you値l need

To do all this, you値l need:

Minimum 5 years experience preferred in a consulting, product or business analyst role; experience within the D2C businesses within CPG is highly desired; solid experience within a relevant IT or business function will be needed
A deep understanding of D2C, consumer value propositions, and analytics; hands-on experience formulating test scenarios to validate assumptions and determine the probability of success for new ventures
Solid hands-on experience with Google Analytics 360, Facebook Ads Manager and similar analytics tools; exceptional hands-on experience producing agency-quality presentations
Possess a broad understanding of business and technology strategies and business processes that impact and enhance profitability
Have a familiarity with design thinking and solution-based approaches to solving business problems
Bachelor痴 degree is required; an MBA is preferred
